Unique features in episTree AM

• Drawing viewer
  Attach and view pictures of your assets together with notes, attribute data, and files, such as manufacturer websites, sales receipts, maintenance history, and product features. Pictures can be automatically right-sized for your Asset Inventory report, which decreases the size of picture files on your disk. You are also able to annotate pictures with highlights to point out specific assets within the picture.

  Quickly generate your Asset Inventory report complete with Table of Contents, asset pictures, attribute data, and descriptions of the assets, as well as hyperlinks to related asset information files.

• Attributes
  Attributes are a great way to capture important information about your assets or other topics. For example, if you are describing a refrigerator, you could add an attribute called "Purchase Price" and enter the price in the attribute value field.
• Drag and Drop
  episTree supports drag and drop for Outlook email, web pages, and files. Just grab an email, a URL, or a file, drag it to episTree, and drop it on an entity to create a pointer to that file. You can also use drag and drop to rearrange entities in your knowledge tree and move notes and files between entities.
• Formatted Notes
  New in this version, you can format the notes that you create in episTree. You can also paste formatted text into a note and retain the formatting.
• Default Views
  episTree and episTree AM have several default views to allow you to customize the arrangement of information in the user interface with a single mouse click.
• Bundling and archiving
  Save a copy of the entire knowledge base including topics, notes, files, and attribute data to share with others or archive topics and projects for long term backup storage and cataloging.
